Had about 4 oz of cooked hamburger, with onions and garlic. Goal was to see how I handled beef. Answer: in a troublesome manner.
I got nauseated, feel wiped out, am lying down. Had a couple of Ginger Chews, which helped.
But what was the cause?
I'd not eaten anything else today (did have a little veg juice and water earlier) so maybe my guts weren't prepared for even that small amount of protein so early in the day; maybe I should try beef by itself, w/o onions and garlic; or maybe I shouldn't eat beef. I think it's likely #1.
Curious, too: I'm craving nuts right now...
